No. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, program, cost and date availability before treating the visit as arranged.
In Rush Hill, keep the party flow simple enough that children can join at their own pace. Let the character make a brief group greeting, then offer a photo moment with an easy opt-out for guests who prefer to watch. Ask us about the character theme and possible program; details, cost and availability must be confirmed. If you are considering a Missouri state park space, distinguish an enclosed room from an open shelter and check the current process with the operator. Local facilities are unverified.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
