No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the character program, costs and availability with our team.
In Rouseville, Pennsylvania, plan the character visit around one calm highlight rather than a packed schedule. A short greeting, a favorite song or story, then a group photo can give the birthday child room to warm up. Let children watch first or join in when ready. Ask us about the character theme and possible program, and confirm details, costs and availability with our team. Keep the visit time flexible until your gathering place and date are confirmed.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
