Have the character greet the group with a wave, then let the birthday child choose whether to come forward or stay beside a trusted adult.
Choose one spot within your permitted area and invite children in small turns. A helper can guide the line while other guests watch or enjoy the activity.
Keep the permit accessible, share the approved area and hours with the organizer, and confirm program details, costs and availability with our team.
A Santa Monica party plan benefits from a clear boundary: decide exactly where guests will gather before the character arrives. A marked meeting point helps the birthday child know where to look and keeps photos from drifting into another group's space. Begin with a low-key greeting, then offer a short activity guests can join from their own spots. If you hold the party in a permitted park area, keep the permit and schedule handy and stay within the approved space and hours. Ask us to confirm character-visit details, costs and availability before you build the day around them.
