In Santa Rita, Guam, make the organizer's plan easy to follow so the children can focus on the visit. Pick a meeting point, assign one adult to watch the weather, and keep the greeting and photo moment flexible. Guests can join a simple activity or observe first. Arrange an accessible indoor backup and agree on how the group will move there. Ask the character service to confirm program details, timing, costs and availability; local facilities and policies have not been verified here.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
