No. Confirm gathering arrangements and permission for hired entertainment separately with the actual property operator.
They can watch, wave or offer a birthday message from their place. Keep photos optional.
Ask our team to confirm the requested theme, program details, cost and availability. A request alone is not a reservation.
In Sherburne, make the character visit one simple part of the party rather than a packed schedule. A warm hello for the birthday child, a few guest greetings and a photo opportunity can give children room to participate at their own pace. If your plans include an overnight stay, treat lodging arrangements separately from approval for a gathering. Confirm venue permission and ask our team about program details, cost and availability.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
