No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the program, cost, date, and availability with our team.
In Shoal, North Carolina, keep the character visit simple enough for children to enjoy at their own pace. A gentle hello, a short group photo, and one familiar song or story can give the guest of honor a clear moment without asking every child to perform. Let children wave, watch from beside a parent, or join in when ready. Before choosing a time, plan around the exact gathering space's allowed hours and decide where everyone can move indoors if weather changes. Ask us about the character theme and proposed program; confirm details, costs, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
