In South Bolivar, make the visit feel easy to join by giving the birthday child a quiet first greeting before inviting the whole group over. Ask us about a simple program shape, such as a hello and photo moment followed by a short game children can watch before choosing to join. Before settling on an outdoor gathering, check the actual site's capacity and rules. Share the planned space, guest ages and timing with our team; program details, costs and availability need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
