No. The request identifies a costume theme, not an affiliation or confirmed booking. Ask our team to confirm details and availability.
A character visit in Stanwood, Washington can feel special without turning the party into a tightly scheduled show. Give the birthday child first choice: greet from beside a trusted adult, wave from across the room, or take a photo later. Guests can join an optional group moment or simply watch. Before choosing a gathering space, check how that specific site handles reservations and activities. Ask us about the requested theme, and confirm the visit plan, costs and availability with our team rather than assuming a booking means approval.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Washington State Parks identifies reservation types that require its call center. Check the actual facility type and booking channel before trying to secure a picnic shelter or group space online. Verify access, setup and permission for hired entertainment separately with the operator; a reservation route is not event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
