Offer the birthday child a wave or brief hello, with no need to come forward. Let them decide when they are ready for a photo or conversation.
Try one short group moment, such as a greeting or pose, then let guests take turns. Keep watching an acceptable choice for children who do not want to join.
Tell our team the date, space type, guest count, and access considerations. Confirm program details, costs, and availability, and check venue permission separately.
For a Union Star, Missouri celebration, keep the character visit easy to follow: a warm hello, a child-led photo choice, and one short activity can be enough. Guests may take part in turns, while anyone who prefers can watch. Before settling on an indoor room or outdoor shelter, verify the exact facility's booking process and rules. The state guidance here is not confirmation of a Union Star venue or policy. Ask us about a suitable visit plan, and confirm program details, costs, and availability.

Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
