A comfortable character visit in Upper Brookville starts with a plan that fits your group, not a packed agenda. Welcome the character with a short greeting, then offer children an easy choice: join a shared activity or enjoy the visit from the sidelines. Build in an unhurried photo turn and tell guests where to gather. If considering a rental space, check its layout and rules directly. Send our team your preferred date, guest ages and theme; program details, costs and availability require confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
