Start with a wave or a hello from a comfortable distance. Let the child choose whether to move closer.
Choose one adult to take pictures and keep the rest of the group clear of the photo spot. Offer a family photo only if the child is comfortable.
Ask us or our team to confirm the program, cost, and availability. Share the preferred date and character theme; neither is a booking by itself.
In Urb Bosch, plan the character visit around one calm focal moment rather than a packed schedule. Let the birthday child watch from beside a trusted adult before deciding whether to wave, join a simple activity, or take a photo. Tell guests when the visit will happen, and leave a little flexibility around it. Ask us or our team to confirm the program details, cost, and availability for your requested character theme; a ZIP code or date request is not a reservation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
