In Urb Novas CT, help children know what to expect before the character arrives. Tell them there will be a greeting, then a chance to watch or join an activity, with photos available by choice. The birthday child may prefer to begin beside a familiar adult, and that is a comfortable way to start. Ask us about your requested character theme; our team can confirm program details, costs and availability. Give the organizer a simple schedule and a clear plan for weather changes if the party is outdoors.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
