Allow time for arrivals and a gentle greeting, but fit the plan within the facility's confirmed use period. Ask us to confirm program timing.
Let them watch the greeting first. Offer a later chance to join the activity or take a photo with a friend.
Not necessarily. Ask the facility operator about permission, and confirm theme, program details, costs, and availability with us separately.
Timing matters when planning a character visit in Weaversford. Set the greeting and a simple activity inside the venue's permitted use period, while leaving breathing room for children to settle in. The birthday child can choose a wave or a closer hello; guests can join the activity or watch. Ask us about the character theme you have in mind, and confirm program details, costs, and availability before setting the schedule.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
