Make photos optional and let children stay near a caregiver. A wave or a group photo from a distance can be enough.
Confirm the exact space, access, event permission, and whether hired entertainment is allowed. Lodging arrangements are separate.
Share the theme request, location setup, guest age range, and preferred timing. Ask our team to confirm program details, costs, and availability.
For a Beaverlick gathering, clarify the setting first, especially if an overnight stay is part of the plan. An accommodation reservation does not by itself confirm permission for a separate party or hired entertainment. Keep the character visit manageable with a warm hello, one simple group moment, and optional photos. Children can join, wave, or watch from a comfortable spot. Tell our team the requested character theme, party timing, and location arrangement; program details, costs, and availability require confirmation.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
