Confirm the permitted space hours, then allow time for arrival, a gentle greeting and photos before the gathering must end.
Let the child watch from a comfortable distance or stay with a caregiver. A greeting does not need to involve everyone.
No. The space and entertainment are separate arrangements. Confirm the program, cost and availability with our team.
For a party in Fearrington Village, the schedule deserves early attention: confirm the gathering space's use hours before choosing the character's arrival time. A warm hello can be simple and child-led, with the guest of honor choosing a wave, a photo or a moment beside a caregiver. Keep participation optional for the rest of the group, and reserve a small, clear area for pictures. Give our team the timing and arrival instructions. Confirm program details, cost and availability directly.

North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
