The Woodward Park BMX racetrack is open for its season from February through November. Listed hours are Thursdays 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. to noon. Because it is a racing facility, a costumed visit there would need the venue's approval and a conversation about where the party could happen safely. Ask the park staff what space, if any, is available around the track.

Before booking a character, ask the venue whether outside entertainers are allowed, what area is available for the party, how long the space can be reserved, and whether there are any restrictions on props, music, or food. Confirm the start and end times so the character arrives and leaves within the space you have.
