Choose a clear greeting spot and share the child's preferred name and any comfort preferences with the character team.
No. A request is not a reservation. Confirm program details, cost and availability with our team.
In Humarock, give the organizer a clear role and the children room to choose how they greet the character. A wave or a short hello can lead to an optional photo, while guests who prefer can watch from a comfortable spot. Keep the visit outline brief so there is time for breaks and transitions. For outdoor plans, decide who watches the weather and how everyone will move indoors. Ask us about a character theme; program details, costs and availability need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
