No. A date or ZIP-code request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm availability and terms with our team.
In Richmond Hill, Georgia, make the character visit one calm part of the party rather than the whole agenda. A short greeting gives the birthday child time to warm up, with the option to wave, watch from a trusted adult, or join a photo when ready. Choose a simple group activity, such as a character-led birthday cheer, and leave room for the children to participate at their own pace. Before the day, ask us about the requested costume theme, program, cost and availability. Confirm the exact visit details with our team; a date or ZIP-code inquiry is not a reservation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Georgia State Parks distinguishes different gathering facilities, including enclosed group shelters and open picnic shelters. Contact the relevant park before reserving to verify the actual room or shelter amenities, access and conditions. Confirm permission for hired entertainment; an enclosed facility listing does not guarantee that every proposed party activity is allowed.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
