Macon is a practical place to plan a kids' birthday visit, especially if the party is outdoors. Start with the character your child loves, then think about where the party will happen and how long the visit should run. Our character visits begin at one hour and can be extended in 30-minute increments, such as 1.5, 2, or 2.5 hours.
If you are considering a pool or outdoor setting, note that Macon-Bibb County Parks and Recreation lists its outdoor pools as open from Memorial Weekend until a week before school starts in August. That schedule is useful for planning a summer party date, though it is a county recreation fact and does not tell you whether outside entertainers are allowed on site. Ask the facility directly before you commit.

Ask the venue whether outside entertainers are permitted and what area is available for a character visit. Ask which days and times are open for private events. Once you know the setting, pick a character and talk through options such as a greeting, photos, or a simple game the guests can join. These are ideas to discuss, not included services.
