In Biscayne Park, begin with the child's preferred way to meet the character, whether that means a wave from a familiar adult's side or a direct hello. Keep the visit's main activity short enough to leave room for photos and free conversation. Ask us about a manageable outline, then confirm program details, costs and availability with our team. Statewide guidance can help frame facility questions, but it does not verify a particular Biscayne Park venue, its policies or permission for entertainment.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Florida DEP describes the Florida Park Service and links to its state park information. Identify the exact state-managed property, then ask about the relevant group facility, reservation process and operating conditions. Describe hired entertainment to the operator before booking; the agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, permission or availability at a particular park.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
