Have the character greet the birthday child first, with space to respond by waving, speaking, or simply watching.
Use a clear photo area and take turns in small groups so children can choose whether to step in.
Check venue access and activity permission, then share the party schedule and participation preferences with our team. Confirm program details, cost, and availability.
For a Cave Spring party, keep the character visit easy to follow: begin with a friendly hello, pause for the birthday child, then invite guests into one brief activity. Children can watch rather than participate, and photos can happen in a calm corner. Ask us about the requested theme; program details, cost, and availability must be confirmed with our team. Georgia's state guidance offers planning checks only. It does not verify Cave Spring facilities, amenities, or local policies, so contact the actual venue about access and permitted activities.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Georgia State Parks distinguishes different gathering facilities, including enclosed group shelters and open picnic shelters. Contact the relevant park before reserving to verify the actual room or shelter amenities, access and conditions. Confirm permission for hired entertainment; an enclosed facility listing does not guarantee that every proposed party activity is allowed.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
