For a Delaware, Ohio, celebration, make the visit easy to follow: welcome the character, offer a few minutes for greetings, then invite the group to a shared photo or simple activity. Children can join in, wave from their seats or watch. Since the facts here do not verify local venues, confirm your chosen space directly with its operator. If the gathering is outside, decide in advance who will watch the forecast and guide everyone indoors. Ask our team to confirm requested theme, program, cost and availability; a request is not a booking.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
