Let them watch from beside a trusted adult and offer another chance later. A wave or a photo from a comfortable distance can be enough.

Share the requested theme, timing, child's interests and comfort preferences. Ask our team to confirm program details, cost and availability.
Hartsville, Indiana hosts should begin with the child's comfort, not a packed activity schedule. A character can offer a gentle hello, then pause while the birthday child chooses a photo or invites a few guests to join a simple moment. Prepare a clear spot for the greeting and a nearby place to take a break. Ask us about the requested character theme, then confirm program details, costs and availability. Check the actual gathering space's rules with its operator; examples from another Indiana city do not establish Hartsville policies.

As a city-scoped example within Indiana, Indy Parks provides permit guidance for private vendor sales. Indy Parks requires permits for private vendor sales. Tell the park what paid services, rentals or entertainment you propose, and check the applicable approval rather than treating all party activities as ordinary park use.
