For a Hatfield character visit, let the birthday child set the pace: a wave, a greeting beside a parent, or a little time to watch. Ask us to confirm the requested character theme, program format, cost, and availability. If using a park, identify who operates the exact site before relying on any permit information. Prepare a clear photo spot and tell guests that participation is optional. These statewide planning checks do not verify Hatfield facilities or their rules.

As a city-scoped example within Indiana, Indy Parks provides permit guidance for private vendor sales. Indy Parks requires permits for private vendor sales. Tell the park what paid services, rentals or entertainment you propose, and check the applicable approval rather than treating all party activities as ordinary park use. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
