No. A date request is not a reservation. Confirm the character's availability and any venue permission separately.
In La Barge, make the birthday visit feel easy to follow: a warm hello, a little time with the birthday child, then photos or a simple group activity. Shy guests can watch first or join when ready. Ask us about the character theme and visit options, and confirm program details, cost and availability with our team. Before inviting guests, choose the actual gathering space and tell families where to meet. The local and state guidance below is for planning only; city facilities have not been verified.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Wyoming State Parks describes outdoor recreation at its state-managed properties and provides a park directory. Check the actual park's gathering facilities, routes and access rather than assuming a recreational trail is a suitable event space. Ask the operator about group-space reservations and hired entertainment; recreation information is not a venue recommendation or approval for your party.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
