Keep the greeting brief and let the child choose whether to approach. A caregiver can stay close, and a photo can happen later.
Invite guests to take turns saying hello or to gather for one short photo. Make participation optional for every child.
Check capacity, layout, booking conditions, and permission for hired entertainment. Confirm the requested theme, program details, cost, and availability with our team.
For a Lake View party, plan the character visit around the size and comfort of the group, not a packed schedule. The birthday child can choose a quiet first greeting, a photo with family, or a brief moment with friends. Give guests a simple way to participate and room to wait without surrounding the child. Ask us about the requested theme and possible program ideas; our team can confirm details, cost, and availability. Check the location directly, since statewide information does not establish local rules or availability.

New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
