For a Lakeville, New York gathering, let the space shape the visit rather than trying to fit in too much. A gentle character hello followed by a short activity and flexible photo time gives guests room to participate or simply watch. The facts available here are statewide planning guidance; they do not verify Lakeville facilities, capacity, or local policies. Check the exact gathering space before choosing a layout, and prepare an indoor weather alternative if the party is outside. Ask us about program ideas, costs, and availability.

New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
