Offer one simple group activity and let children join from their spots or watch. Avoid making anyone take a turn alone.
Choose a clear spot and have a phone ready. Keep the birthday child's comfort ahead of getting every guest into one picture.
Provide the requested character theme, date, ages, guest count and indoor or outdoor plan. Confirm program details, costs and availability with our team.
For a Losantiville party, build in a little breathing room so the birthday child can take in the character visit at their own pace. A gentle greeting can lead to a choice of waving, talking or watching beside a parent. Set up a quick family photo, then invite guests to join a song or easy movement activity. If the gathering is outdoors, make the weather plan part of the organizer's checklist, including who will make the call and guide guests. Ask us about the requested theme and confirm program details, cost and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
