Choose a clear greeting spot and decide who will guide children to photos. Tell guests the visit has low-pressure participation options.
No. Ask us about the character visit, then confirm the program, cost, and availability with our team.
In Madray Springs, keep the character visit easy to follow: begin with a friendly hello, then let children decide whether to wave, talk, or watch from beside a trusted adult. A short story or simple group game can lead into individual photos without making every child take a turn. Before choosing a setting, remember that city facilities have not been verified. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not confirmed Madray Springs venues or local policies. Ask us about the visit plan, and confirm program details, costs, and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Georgia State Parks distinguishes different gathering facilities, including enclosed group shelters and open picnic shelters. Contact the relevant park before reserving to verify the actual room or shelter amenities, access and conditions. Confirm permission for hired entertainment; an enclosed facility listing does not guarantee that every proposed party activity is allowed.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
