No. Contact the actual facility operator about reservations and hired entertainment. Ask us separately to confirm program details, cost, and availability.
For Ocean Dr Beach, build the character visit around a welcoming moment that can flex with the group: a hello for the birthday child, a little time to warm up, then photos or a shared greeting. Keep guest participation optional so children can join at their own pace. Before selecting a park setting, check the actual facility and ask its operator about gatherings and hired entertainment. Ask us about character themes and program ideas; details, cost, and availability need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
South Carolina State Parks provides an interactive map and filters for its park directory. Use the actual facility listings to check the space, seating, access and amenities required for your gathering. Ask the specific operator about reservations and hired entertainment; a map result is not a venue recommendation or approval for a party.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
