No. Confirm the pavilion with its operator and character-visit details with our team as separate arrangements.
Share the confirmed location, timing, greeting plan and weather backup with the adults helping host.
A Penryn celebration can give the birthday child a clear choice: greet the character, watch a friend go first, or save photos for later. Keep the group activity short and optional so the visit fits the party's pace. If you are arranging a pavilion, distinguish a request from a confirmed reservation, then ask the operator about access and entertainment permission. Send the organizer one simple schedule. Confirm program details, costs and availability with us before treating the visit as set.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
