No. Check the exact facility's amenities, access, procedures, and entertainment permission directly with its operator.
For a Redvale celebration, let the character moment fit the place rather than planning around features you have not verified. Check the chosen group area first, then keep the visit flexible: a warm greeting, an optional photo, and a simple way for willing guests to take part. The child can watch from a familiar adult's side until ready. Ask the property operator about access, event procedures, and hired entertainment before setting the schedule.

Colorado Parks and Wildlife explains that group-area amenities vary by state park. Check the actual shelter, surface, seating and access arrangements for the chosen group area before planning games or a character entrance. Ask the park about the proposed hired entertainment and any event procedures; listed amenities do not establish approval or availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
