No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm program details, costs and availability with our team.
In Sardinia, Ohio, keep the visit welcoming by making the first moment a choice: a child can wave, stand with a familiar adult or watch from nearby. A short greeting followed by optional photos helps the gathering stay manageable. If the party is outdoors, decide in advance who will monitor conditions and direct a move indoors. Ask our team to confirm the program, costs and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
