Watching from a comfortable spot or giving a small wave is enough. Let children decide if they want to join a photo or group activity.
After checking the facility's allowed hours and setup needs. Confirm the visit timing with us and the venue.
No. Ask us to confirm the requested theme and any program details, along with cost and availability.
In Woodland, North Carolina, build the visit schedule around the time your chosen space allows. Give the character a clear arrival window, while leaving a little breathing room for children who need time to warm up. A wave from the sidelines can count as participation; later, offer a small photo group or simple shared activity. Check the actual facility's conditions before settling the schedule. Ask us to confirm the requested character theme, program ideas, timing, cost, and availability before making promises to guests.

North Carolina State Parks notes that facilities can have limited hours. Check the exact shelter or room's permitted use period, layout and reservation conditions before setting the entertainer's arrival and departure times. Ask the park about hired entertainment separately; a facility reservation does not establish approval for all party activities.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
