No. The guidance is statewide, and city facilities are unverified. Check the exact venue's rules, access and permission for entertainment before making plans.
A relaxed character visit in Roslyn can fit neatly between the party welcome and cake. Give children time to notice the character before inviting them closer, then leave room for a group photo and individual pictures by choice. A small, uncluttered greeting area helps guests know where to gather. Ask us about a manageable visit program and share your timing with the organizer. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Roslyn facilities or local policies. Venue permission, program details, costs and availability must be confirmed with the operator and our team.

New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
