Questions? Call (866) 306-1384
Tell us your kid’s name and how to say it, what they love, and what makes them shy. Your notes go to the performer with the booking, so the hour is about your kid.

Yes. Offer a wave, a greeting from beside a parent or a chance to watch. Let the child choose what feels comfortable.
Pick one clear spot and take a few quick pictures after the greeting. Invite guests in small groups rather than forming a long line.
Confirm capacity, layout, booking conditions and permission for hired entertainment. Separately ask us about the theme, program details, costs and availability.
A Rossie party can make room for both a quiet first hello and a lively group moment. Let the birthday child choose between a wave, a short conversation or watching from nearby. Then invite guests into a simple shared greeting and leave a little space for photos without making them a requirement. If you are considering a pavilion, check the exact site's size, layout and rules before building the plan around it. Ask our team to confirm program details, costs and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
