Let them stay beside a trusted adult and choose whether to watch, wave or join later. A photo is optional, not a requirement.
No. Ask the park operator about a separate gathering space and permission for hired entertainment.
Contact our team about the visit program, costs and availability. Share the child's preferred greeting and the timing you have in mind.
A Rowena character visit can give the birthday child a small spotlight without asking them to perform. Let them watch from a comfortable place, then offer a wave or optional photo when ready. Guests can take turns joining a brief activity, with an organizer keeping the group settled. Kentucky's state information covers overnight lodging reservations, not party approval or Rowena venues. If your plans include a park, ask that operator about gathering space and entertainment. Confirm visit details, costs and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
