A wave, a brief hello, or watching from nearby can be enough. Keep photos optional.
Choose a greeting and photo area, ask one adult to guide turns, and check access with the venue.
No. Confirm gathering space and entertainment rules with the park, and verify visit arrangements with our team.
A relaxed Roxana celebration can begin with the character greeting the birthday child at their chosen pace. The host might offer a wave or a photo, then invite guests to take turns if they wish. Let the child pause or stay near a familiar adult while the group enjoys the visit. If your plans include an overnight stay, check that separately from gathering permission. City facilities are unverified; confirm the space with its operator and ask our team about program details, cost, and availability.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
