No. Ask us to confirm the requested character, program details, costs, and availability before planning activities.
A Royalton character visit works best when the gathering layout supports both participation and a little breathing room. The birthday child can greet the character beside a familiar adult, then choose a photo or simply watch. Guests might join a group pose before taking individual turns. Before you contact us, think through where the character and waiting guests would stand, and ask the site about capacity and layout. Confirm program ideas, costs, and availability with our team.

New York State Parks describes a range of pavilion and event rental sizes and amenities. Check the exact facility's capacity, layout and regional booking conditions before choosing a gathering plan. Confirm whether a hired character visit and any equipment are permitted; the statewide rental page does not establish that every activity or date is available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
