Explain that the character will visit, and reassure them that they can stay close to you.
Confirm the requested theme, activities, costs and availability with us or our team first.
In Alts de Hato Nuevo, a good character visit can begin with a quiet introduction rather than a crowd gathering around your child. Let the birthday child decide whether to wave, chat or join a simple group photo. Give guests an easy participation option, such as watching first and joining later, and ask one organizer to coordinate the photo moment. Before choosing a requested character theme, ask us or our team to confirm program details, costs and availability. Keep extra party plans optional, since activities and timing are not guaranteed until confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
