When planning a character visit in Alts de Montecasino, prepare the birthday child with a simple description of what will happen: the character arrives, says hello and may pose for a picture. Let the child choose whether to wave, stay with family or join in. Guests can take part through a short greeting or photo, with no pressure to perform. Keep the organizer's instructions brief and confirm visit timing first. Ask us or our team about the requested theme, program details, costs and availability; do not promise unconfirmed activities.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
