A character visit in Alts de Monte Brisas can start with the birthday child choosing where to stand and how close to get. Keep the first greeting brief, then offer a family photo or a chance to watch before inviting other children to participate. One organizer can stay with the birthday child while another guides guests, if help is available. Confirm the visit timing before sharing it with guests. Ask us or our team to discuss the requested character theme, program details, costs and availability; specific activities require confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
