Offer a wave or a look from a parent's side as an equally good first hello. Let the child choose whether to come closer.
Choose a clear, well-lit spot and decide who will take pictures. Ask the child before inviting other guests into a photo.
Ask us about the requested theme, visit timing, program details, costs and availability. A date or ZIP request is not a reservation.
In Rossburg, build the visit around a calm arrival rather than a big reveal. Ask us about a character theme, then plan a short greeting where the birthday child can wave, chat or watch from beside a trusted adult. Leave time for a few photos before inviting guests to join a simple group moment, such as a wave or a favorite song. Tell our team the child's age, comfort level, party location and preferred photo timing. Program details, costs and availability must be confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
