In Roundhead, make the visit easy to follow by keeping the birthday child's greeting at the center of the plan. Offer a wave first, then a family photo or a short moment with willing guests. One low-pressure group activity can give children a shared focus without asking everyone to perform. Prepare a backup location and a person to guide any move indoors. Available facts are statewide guidance, not verified city venues or policies; check rules with the chosen operator.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue.
