No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the program, costs and availability with our team.
A good Rossmoyne party plan leaves room for a weather change without making the character visit feel rushed. Set a simple opening: the birthday child may wave, watch or come forward for a photo. Give guests a choice to join the picture or stay nearby, and ask one adult to guide the group if plans move indoors. The following are statewide planning checks, not verified Rossmoyne venues or local policies. Ask us about the character theme you have in mind; confirm program details, costs and availability before setting expectations.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
